Bulletin Wireless is proud to announce Bulletin Online (2.0), the major new version of our online message (SMS) services portal for Business and Personal users. Bulletin Online is the premium one-stop, one-connect service, which allows users to access the industries most complete range of SMS messaging features.

"This has been a major for release for us", says William Hoyle, Senior Team Leader at Bulletin Wireless. "For all of us this project has been very exiting as we were all asked to input into the scope and design of Bulletin Online. We have now delivered something that we feel very proud of. Now, we are already working on the next release of Bulletin Online and that also will be something for our customers to look forward to."

The look and feel of the Bulletin Online web site has also had a major revamp. We hope that as well as achieving the "ease of use" goal that our customers can also have a bit of fun with Bulletin Online. Some of the images were definitely chosen with humor in mind as well as getting across a clear message and helping with navigation.

One of the major new features in Bulletin Online 2.0 is the new range of Personal services. These services are essentially free with only message traffic being charged for. We are very sure that these services will be just as popular with corporate's as they will be with personal users. One of our design goals was to ensure they were very fast to work with - basic functionality, done really well, with core usage scenarios in mind. For example, if you want to import a list of contacts for marketing or alert purposes and then send a message to them, then you will find this facility fast and easy to use. We have also limited graphic usage to ensure that pages load fast when using the service over slow connections, such as dial-up modem. Also we have provided short-cut URL's to take you straight to key pages.

We have also worked to ensure that Bulletin Online helps us to help our customers. We have provided a range of features such as FAQ's, User Guides, Customer Services Help, Network Coverage, SMS Tester and Service Pricing to ensure that our customers have the information they need. If not, they have many ways to contact our staff situated in offices around the world.

And to finish it off - "This is the one I have been waiting for", says Dave Macrae, CEO of Bulletin Wireless. "I wanted a web site with that 'X' factor and I think Bulletin Online delivers that".
