Bulletin.Net Patents
The Number One Partner for Global – Secure – Reliable – Carrier-Grade Mobile Messaging...
Bulletin's patents include the only known method of enabling the 'reply' button on today's three billion mobile phones to be used to automatically respond to software-application initiated SMS text messages.
mTag
Superior-performance, lower-cost and more effective mobile messaging...
Because the messaging technology platforms are different for computer systems and mobile phones, historically it has been difficult and often impossible to ensure optimum delivery of replies back to the message sender. Bulletin's mTag™ patented technology uniquely resolves this problem automatically so that our customers who send messages from their computer or web application to mobile phones:
- can rely on receiving their replies
- can see those replies attached to their original message
- and do not have to invest in building, maintaining and constantly growing an in-house message-threading software system.
This technology provides Bulletin clients with superior-performance, lower-cost and more effective mobile messaging.
Two Way & Threaded Messaging
Unique, Superior Performance SMS Text Messaging Functions:
-
Be sure that you can always get replies to your sent messages.
Not all SMS messages sent from computers can be replied to. This is mainly because the 'reply path' is easily broken, even by, for example someone sending two messages to the same person. Bulletin has created and patented a unique solution, 'mTag', which resolves this problem. -
Low cost implementation and operation...
All of our services are built on the principle of enabling low cost deployment and ongoing operation. As a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, investment to establishing and integrating a service is relatively low. Our highly competitive message pricing, as well as the cost-efficiency of mobile messaging compared to voice communications, creates a compelling low cost proposition. -
Be sure what the reply is about by seeing your original message with the reply.
Traditionally, SMS has not kept the original message attached to the reply, so if you have sent two messages to someone, you might not know which one they are answering. -
Easy deployment of services...
Bulletin's services are all designed to be easy to implement no matter what the size of your organization. No software or installations are required and our SMS Gateway connection can be established simply with a few lines of code which we can implement or support when required. All our user-interfaces are designed to be simple, straightforward and friendly. -
Cost-down Solution
Because 'mTag' requires no software it saves on installation, scaling and maintenance costs.
How is this done? With Bulletin's patented 'mTag' technology
Fast & Easy, No Additional System Set-Up Required...
Bulletin's patented 'mTag' technology is the only known method of automatically enabling the 'reply' button on today's three billion mobile phones to be used to respond to SMS Text Messages sent from computer applications.
-
EVERY message can be replied to:
Every SMS sent through a Bulletin service is automatically tagged with a unique identifier which means we always know where the reply needs to go. Bulletin's technology does this without the need for software.
Because ordinary SMS services don't uniquely identify messages, not every message can be replied to if:
- A second message is sent from the computer or network to the same mobile phone.
- The mobile phone receives another message from ANY other computer.
-
The reply has the original message attached:
Bulletin's unique message tagging identifiers means your SMS becomes just like email, where the original message is always attached to the reply. So you always know what the reply is about. Why this is critical.
-
Reply without extra manual process steps or mobile phone software.
Some partial solutions to enabling replies or threading rely on installing software on the mobile phone or on the user keying in a special number or pressing a sequence of keys. Bulletin's solution only requires pressing the 'Reply' button on the mobile phone.
-
Runs without computer or network software installations and maintenance:
Some partial solutions to enabling replies or threading rely on installing software on the computer or network. This potentially requires significant scaling as well as updating and maintenance and carries the costs associated with each. Bulletin's proven solution operates independent of installed software and does not require scaling.
