Bruce Herbert

Managing Director

Bruce Herbert joined Inc in March 2001. In addition to having an in-depth knowledge of the mobile messaging market, Bruce has extensive experience of developing new business opportunities in the international high-tech sector. Prior to joining the company, Bruce was the General Manager for Star Micronics NZ Ltd, an IT peripheral distribution company for Agfa, Lexmark, Acer and Star Micronics products. He has over 15 years experience directly in the IT industry covering vendor distribution, retail, corporate and government sales. His career roles have included responsibility for overall commercial and operational strategic direction and programs, vendor negotiations and sales development for global and national accounts. Bruce also has a BSc in Finance and Management from Edinburgh University.


Bill Cheney

Head of Channels and Enterprise

Bill joined in 2017 and specializes in Enterprise Sales and Channel Management. Bill has helped various Fintech companies expand locally as well as to new international markets.  Prior to joining, Bill was VP for Channel and Business Development for Verifone Mobile Money and helped develop successful go-to-market strategies for major multi-national Mobile Network Operators directly, as well as through major multi-national channel partners. He has a good grasp of complex technology solution sales for corporate and government organisations.  In his career over the past 20 years he has focused on sales and marketing in the finance and technology sector. Bill holds an Honours Degree in Economics from Stellenbosch University.


Jared Pedersen

Channels and Sales Manager

Jared joined Bulletin in July 2018 as the Channel Sales Manager working with Vodafone.  He came to Bulletin after a 17-year career with Microsoft where he worked in places like Seattle, Singapore, and twelve years in the Microsoft Auckland office.  He has extensive experience in IT channel partner strategy and management.  He was also the Microsoft sales and marketing manager for the SME business for five years.  Holding an international MBA from the University of South Carolina, Jared loves business analytics and can be found using the power of Excel to pull business insights out of data of all kinds.  Jared speaks fluent German and spent time prior to his stint at Microsoft working for companies in Switzerland, Germany, and Belgium.  He is a geography buff and is that rare breed who can identify every flag of every country in the world.

Mitendra M. Das

New Zealand Direct Sales Executive

Mitendra has worked in highly respected companies in IT, Telecommunication and e-Commerce verticals. He has extensive experience in business development and sales to large corporates & the SME sector across diverse geographical regions. He started with in 2011 and has in-depth understanding of the New Zealand market. He takes pride in his ability to simplify customer requirements and propose optimal solutions using’s multi-channel messaging platform.


Luke Jenkins

NZ Inside Sales Manager/Account Manager

Luke joined Bulletin in 2018 and brings account management experience, supporting enterprise & SME customers in New Zealand and Australia to Bulletin. He is passionate about customer success and utilises his coaching background to help new and existing customers with onboarding and training. Originally from the UK, Luke has held senior sales and marketing positions within financial services and IT and will be responsible for driving new business and customer retention in New Zealand.
