21 Years Later, SMS Still Dominant


Recently, a blog article titled “The Challenges and Future of SMS Technology” was posted. This article argued that “even 21 years after its invention, sending an SMS is hard.” The challenges discussed throughout the article focus on business challenges in regards to text messaging, spam, and more.
